With more than 17 years of professional experience, Hermaans serves on the Visory Executive Management Team as the Chief Executive Officer.
Hermaans’s fields of experience are restructuring of entities, corporate governance, business management, trust structures and taxation.
Hermaans founded Visory in 2019. He completed his articles in 2003 at WL Incorporated and qualified as a Professional Accountant SA. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Geyer Accountants Incorporated from 2006 until 2019.
Louis founded Visory in 2019. He completed his articles in 2004 at JD Van Wyk Auditors Incorporated and qualified as a Professional Accountant SA. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of VWM Accountants Incorporated from 2014 until 2019.
